Welcome to TraxsPro! These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of the TraxsPro platform, including any related services, websites, and applications. By accessing or using TraxsPro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TraxsPro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use TraxsPro.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Artist Profiles & Content

You may create an artist profile that includes links to DSPs (Digital Service Providers) such as Spotify, Tidal, and social media platforms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant TraxsPro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the platform.

4. Payments & Transactions

TraxsPro integrates with Stripe for payment processing.

Artists must have a valid Stripe account to receive payments.

TraxsPro is not responsible for payment disputes handled by Stripe.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful activities.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior towards other users.

6. Data Privacy

We collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy.

Your DSP and social media links are publicly visible.

You can manage or delete your account anytime by contacting us at traxabilitymusic@gmail.com.

7. Third-Party Services

TraxsPro integrates with third-party platforms, including Spotify, Tidal, Instagram, and Twitter.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time, and updated terms will be reflected with a new Effective Date.
